I purchased 3 lip stains. 1 Velvet Tint in RD02 and 2 Matte Tints in RD03 and BR01. These lip tints are pigmented, don't dry out the lips and would work nicely pretty much on most if not all skin tones. Since I have dark skin I was a tad concerned that the colours might not translate well but, I need not have worried as they are beautiful and the formula is grand. I totally recommend them!
