Notice before requesting return and refund
Please make sure that you have selected right options (e.g. size, color, quantity and so on) prior to
completing the order. Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our
return and refund policy. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
How to request returns
1. Please fill in the blow RETURN REQUESTING FORM (fill out yellow blanks). This form and detailed photos
of the products are required for returns. Please send e-mail to our c/s team (email@example.com) including
RETURN REQUESTING FORM and photos of the products.

2. After receiving the RETURN REQUESTING email from you, we will provide you with a Return Authorization or Refusal Mail.
3. Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return.
Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.
Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Eligible conditions for returns.
The shipping costs occurring from product defects or misdelivery are the responsibility of the
retailer (us). In case of returns due to change of customer’s mind, according shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer (Size, color or other option change included). Items returned for refund
must be in good condition and in their original packaging (labels, tags and giveaways are intact and
Products with customer-induced damages are ineligible conditions for returns. Products, whose value
are decreased significantly due to elapsed time or other reasons and are not in condition for re-sale,
Products, which are informed you of no-return due to big sale, events and so on, cannot returns.
You could ask to cancel your order before your order is fulfilled.
Having a customs issues,
1. If parcel is sent back, we refund except shipping fee and return fee.
2. If products you bought are confiscated or scrapped, we do not refund it.
3. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check the Customs rules of you region to avoid any customs issues.
You should ask exchange or refund within 3days of the products receipt date by e-mail.
Refund and exchange requests are only acceptable when you select a shipping method with tracking numbers.
