Imai Sokun will be one of the NPCs that you’ll meet while playing the main plot in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. He will be of great assistance to you in your search for the Shinbakufu. After you have completed all the required assassinations, Imai Sokun will give you a side-mission.

The second merchant can be found in the north-west of Tamba Province. You can find him on the southwest side, right above Mizuyu Bay, as shown on the map. The same as before, you can either kill him or spare it.
How to find and assassinate Merchant Kin-No-Suke
You will need to choose a different route if you want to spare Kinno-suke. On the map, you must find the Kata to the northeastern of the Onyu Pass. On the shore, north of the Kata, you can find a small letter. Some bandits guard it.
Once you have defeated the bandits, head to Obama City to the north-west to find the merchant. On the map, find him to the left Obama. The letter you got from the bandits can be given to him.

Merchant Tamao can be found on the eastern side, in the lower middle part of Kyoko, of the Honnoji Temple. To the east is Honpoji Temple. You’ll find the merchant in a building that you can’t enter on the left.

Iron Hand is in a cluster of buildings to the southwest of the viewpoint. The enemy will be heavily armored. Assassinate each enemy without letting the others know. Disable the alarm before you engage in direct combat.
You can return to Imai if you wish to defeat the Iron Hand. Return to Imai after defeating the Iron Hand for 5,000 EXP, a Gold and Fujin’s Tempest trinket. Fujin’s Tempest will be yours as well.
